Delta Zeta

Delta Zeta enriches the lives of it's members and the lives of those around them. Delta Zeta enriches the world in which we live by the gracious acts of it's women. The women of Delta Zeta strive to live by the creed which embodies ideals of giving graciously, seeking truth, understanding and appreciation, love that is ever steadfast, growth, and faith. Delta Zetas continually strive to better themselves and each other in academics, service, knowledge, and sisterhood. The Omicron Gamma chapter is a diverse group of women who each brings her own twist to the sisterhood that we have formed. These bonds create friendships that will last forever. We pride ourselves on our involvement within the university, with other organizations, and within our community. Each Delta Zeta is involved not only in the chapter, as there are many roles and positions available, but also in other organizations, clubs, and teams at Ohio University or in Athens.

The purpose of this Sorority shall be to unite its members in the bonds of sincere and lasting friendship; to stimulate one another in the pursuit of knowledge; to promote the moral and social culture of its members; and to develop plans for guidance and unity in action; objects worthy of the highest aim and purpose of associated effort.
